Job Description for QA Engineer Role: Are you a detail-oriented QA Engineer with expertise in ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications within an Agile, fast-paced environment? At Divami, we are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases using our internal automation framework. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to test planning, and documenting defects using our bug-tracking system. If you have experience in QA automation with Selenium WebDriver and Java/ Playwright and TypeScript, a solid understanding of frontend technologies, mobile and browser testing, and strong communication and analytical skills, join us to maintain high-quality software standards. What we are looking for: Requirements: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and documentation. Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required to identify, document, and track defects effectively. QA Automation Experience: Proficient in QA automation using Selenium WebDriver and Java/ Playwright and TypeScript essential for developing and executing automated test scripts. Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot issues and ensure software quality. Frontend Technology Knowledge: Solid understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to perform thorough testing. Good knowledge of HTTP protocol is an added advantage. Test Strategy Implementation: Ability to perform testing based on a defined Test Strategy and communicate progress effectively. Test Documentation: Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation, such as test plans, test cases, and test data. Performance Testing: Capability to conduct performance and load testing as needed to ensure software efficiency under various conditions. Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with industry best practices, emerging tools, and technologies in QA automation. Teamwork: Excellent teamwork skills are crucial for participating in test planning, strategy discussions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
