Role Overview We’re seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our remote team. You’ll own test strategies, automation, and quality assurance for our AI-driven legal solutions, collaborating closely with engineers and product leaders to deliver reliable, high-quality software. What You’ll Do Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated scripts Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Trello Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate on version control (Git) Continuously refine testing practices and automate repetitive tasks Work with cross-functional teams to ensure QA throughout the development lifecycle What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in software testing and QA (manual + automated) Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar tools Strong background in API testing (Postman, REST Assured) Solid understanding of design patterns, performance tuning, and security testing Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering bug-free software Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred Startup experience and a proactive mindset are a plus Immediate joiners welcome; relocation to Pune if required Perks & Benefits Competitive salary (8–12 LPA) based on experience Fully remote setup with flexible hours Unlimited leave policy (including sick, personal, and more) Collaborative, fast-paced environment with ample growth opportunities Our Hiring Process Phone Screen – Quick introductory call Technical Interview – Hands-on testing and problem-solving Culture Fit – Meet the team and discuss working style Show more Show less
