Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience and solid hands-on expertise in TestComplete. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test automation frameworks to ensure our applications are reliable, scalable, and of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete (JavaScript /TypeScript preferred).

Build modular, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks.

Perform API testing and integrate API flows with UI automation.

Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing using platforms like Bitbar.

Debug and analyze automation test failures and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Prepare and share test reports with detailed logging, checkpoints, and metrics.

Skills

TestComplete (Web Automation – JavaScript scripting preferred)

Automation frameworks: Data-driven and Keyword-driven testing

Version control using Git / Bitbucket

Bug tracking and test case management using JIRA

Experience in API testing and integration

Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms like Bitbar

Nice to Have

Experience testing Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
