We are seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer (Python + Selenium) to join our client's innovative team based at their new Global Service Centre.

Position Overview:

QA Automation Engineer (Python + Selenium)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated tests for UI, API, integration, and performance testing.
• Enhance and expand the existing test automation framework.
• Analyze requirements and build comprehensive test scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze outcomes.
• Continuously improve the automation strategy and processes.
• Document test activities and log detailed defect reports.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
• Strong hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks such as

  Selenium

  ,

  Python

  ,

  NUnit

  , and

  RestSharp

  .
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and tools like

  Postman

  or

  Swagger

  .
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g.,

  Jenkins

  ,

  GitLab CI

  ,

  Azure DevOps

  ).
• Working knowledge of performance testing tools like

  JMeter

  or

  Gatling

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.

Agile & Project Management Competence:

• Experience working within

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies.
• Active participation in Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews.
• Collaborative approach in cross-functional teams including developers and product managers.
• Understanding of backlog grooming, prioritization, and Agile lifecycle test planning.
