Quality Assurance Automation Engineer
As a QA Automation Engineer at Crystal Lotus Solutions, a Salesforce technology-based software company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. You will perform functional, regression, and UI testing for Salesforce applications, design and execute test cases for Salesforce CRM and integrated applications, and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies. You will identify, document, and track bugs and defects using defect-tracking tools, ensure test automation frameworks are scalable and maintainable, and execute API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI where applicable. Additionally, you will work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and review meetings. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 2-5 years of experience in QA Automation Testing, hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java/Python, a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and testing methodologies, experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Git, or similar, familiarity with TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks, exposure to API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.,
