Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our expanding FSM team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will focus on script automation, with Selenium expertise being highly desirable. You will also contribute to automating FSM-related scripts and perform some manual testing tasks.

Knowledge of Generative AI and its application in productive scripting is a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this position.

A Day in Life Typically Includes:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web-based and cloud-native applications.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure continuous testing, integration, and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand application use cases, industry-specific workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Participate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment.
• Monitor application performance, usability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the enhancement of QA best practices, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 2 years of experience as a QA / QA Associate role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis practices and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to work well across teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Interest or foundational understanding of Generative AI and its application in business.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Test Complete.
• Experience of SQL, APIs, and data validation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
• Ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with QA owners and stakeholders to gather automation requirements and able to script using Selenium/TaaS.
• Should be able to write test cases.
• Identify functional gaps and recommend improvements to enhance usability and value.
• Maintain clear documentation including user stories, use cases, and functional testing documentation.
• Proactively learn and suggest ideas on how Generative AI can be integrated to solve business problems.
• Stay aligned with team goals and ensure effective communication across teams.
