Quality Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications and a strong understanding of QA processes. If you're passionate about software quality, UI/UX integrity, and working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Analyze user requirements to create comprehensive and well-structured test cases. Conduct manual testing of web applications, identifying UI/UX inconsistencies and functional bugs. Perform regression , integration , and system testing for major features across platforms. Collaborate closely with developers , product managers , and DevOps teams to ensure a smooth QA process. Use PostgreSQL to query and validate backend data for test outcome verification. Participate in release planning and sprint retrospectives to ensure testing readiness and coverage. Ensure quality benchmarks are met and continuously look for process improvement opportunities B.Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of QA or Software Testing experience after completing B.Tech. Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and software QA methodologies. Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
