Prepare incoming mail for distribution by time-stamping, opening, reading, sorting, and routing. Address, seal, stamp, fold, stuff, and affix postage to outgoing mail and packages. Maintain accurate records of mail and package deliveries and pickups. Ensure compliance with postal regulations and shipping guidelines. Collaborate with team members to streamline packaging processes and improve efficiency. Report any discrepancies or issues with mail and packages to supervisors promptly. Assist in inventory management of packaging materials and supplies. Perform other related duties as assigned to support mailroom operations.
