We are hiring a Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our SaaS products. The role involves testing applications, identifying bugs and errors, and working with the development team to deliver a seamless product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze system specifications.
Execute manual and basic automated test cases, document results.
Identify, report, and track software bugs using issue tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Perform regression, functional, and usability testing.
Ensure software meets quality standards before release.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of manual testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle).
Experience in test case design and execution.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
Experience in testing SaaS products (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium (added advantage).

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Software testing certification (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

Preference: Female candidates preferred

Pay: ₹10,228.49 - ₹39,948.06 per month
