Quality Analyst

As a meticulous QA Tester, you will be an integral part of the IT team, ensuring the performance and quality of e-commerce applications through manual and automation testing. Your responsibilities will include identifying bugs, executing test cases, and collaborating closely with developers to optimize the user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts. - Detect, report, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools. Perform functional, regression, performance, and UI testing on web and mobile applications. - Understand project requirements and design test scenarios accordingly. - Collaborate with developers, project managers, and designers to enhance application quality. - Verify data integrity and backend processes using SQL queries. - Identify performance bottlenecks and security loopholes in applications. - Maintain proper testing documentation, reports, and guidelines. Qualifications and Skills: - Experience in web application testing, including cross-browser testing. - Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or Postman. - Proficiency in SQL queries for backend validation. - Understanding of SDLC & STLC methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication skills to report issues efficiently.
