Job Description

Testing and Validation: Designing and implementing test cases to identify defects, bugs, and performance issues in products or services.
Defect Management: Documenting, tracking, and reporting identified errors to development teams for resolution and following up on their fixes.
Quality Standards: Ensuring that all products and services adhere to established quality benchmarks, industry regulations, and user requirements.
Collaboration: Working closely with development, product management, and customer support teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and resolve issues.
Reporting: Creating and maintaining quality dashboards and reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Analyzing workflows to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to enhance overall quality and productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,690.02 - ₹16,000.00 per month
