Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Quality Analyst, located on-site in Mumbai. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for conducting quality evaluations, implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards for our CRM. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing data, conducting tests, and collaborating with various departments to maintain high-quality standards across all operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Management
• Effective Communication skills for interfacing with various departments
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Mumbai
