Quality Analyst

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of software QA methodologies, and practical experience with automation tools like Playwright. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing across web and API layers.
• Build and maintain automation scripts using Playwright (or other frameworks such as Selenium/Cypress).
• Identify, log, and track bugs through proper defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and release sign-offs.
• Continuously enhance test automation coverage and contribute to process improvements.
• Prepare detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).
• Proficiency in Playwright automation tool (JavaScript/TypeScript/Python-based scripting).
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience in writing and executing API tests (using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure Pipelines).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of other automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG).
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab, etc.).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of performance or security testing concepts.
