We’re looking for a passionate Manual Tester & QA Engineer (1–2 years experience) to test and validate CRM, B2B, and B2C portals, and ensure smooth workflows for Motor, Health, and Term Insurance products. 👉 What you’ll do: Analyze requirements and design detailed test cases. Conduct manual testing of portals and insurance products. Identify and log bugs, working with developers for resolution. Perform regression, functional, and UAT testing. Communicate test outcomes with project managers and stakeholders. Ensure a high-quality, bug-free experience for clients. 👉 What we expect: 1–2 years of experience in manual testing & QA processes. Familiarity with CRM portals and insurance workflows (Motor, Health, Term Insurance). Strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
