Roles & responsibilities Perform comprehensive manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. Design, document, and execute test cases, ensuring thorough test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using standard defect management tools. Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure product quality aligns with business expectations. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to QA planning and estimations. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or GraphQL. Perform database testing using tools like MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent. Skills required Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management. Hands-on experience in manual testing across different environments. Domain exposure to multiple industries is highly preferred. Ideal candidates will have worked in two or more of the following: E-commerce, Healthcare, Banking and Finance, Education, Entertainment, Travel and Hospitality, Real Estate, Automotive, Gaming, Telecommunications, Insurance, Media and Publishing, Government and Public Services, Retail, Technology and IT Services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Proactive, smart, confident, and capable of taking ownership.
