Quality Analyst

As a QA professional with 2 to 4 years of experience, your role will involve a combination of manual and automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JMeter. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting functional testing - Leading the testing team - Developing QA processes and procedures - Managing testing schedules - Performing manual testing across all service functionalities before transitioning to automation - Implementing innovative test technologies for testing strategies - Designing test cases, executing tests, and managing defects effectively - Demonstrating expertise in QA methodologies, life cycles, and processes - Developing test plans, particularly in Azure environment - Having knowledge and experience in the U.S. Healthcare domain will be beneficial - Conducting performance testing using JMeter - Possessing basic knowledge of SQL and database testing - Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills in English Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields like BE, BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, MSc IT - Proficiency in relational databases and SQL queries - Prior experience in manual testing, with experience in the US Healthcare system considered advantageous This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
