Job Description

You will be responsible for analyzing voice & non-voice service orders, field service delivery orders, parts & logistics, and customer care cases. Your key responsibilities will include: - Auditing the above processes and providing actionable insights for process improvement - Providing feedback to enhance performance and developing training programs - Identifying process improvement opportunities and projects - Conducting coaching sessions and huddles as and when required You should possess the following skills and responsibilities: - Prior knowledge of Quality Process - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal) - Strong interpersonal skills, soft skills, and being a team player - Good understanding of learning and development concepts and basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel - Basic understanding of Service Industry KPIs - Good written and verbal communication skills - Professional customer service skills and a positive attitude - Flexibility in taking up challenges - Knowledge of After Sales services Industry and audits on processes and procedures In this role, as a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring the service journey of customers and providing feedback on improvement areas to all the verticals involved in the services.
