Role Overview-As a Business / Quality Analyst, you will analyze data, monitor process quality, conduct research, and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates eager to develop expertise in analytics, business research, and process improvement—while applying their business sense to real-world operations.

Key Responsibilities-

* Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable business insights.

* Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure process excellence.

* Support research, reporting, and decision-making initiatives.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

* Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

*Education:-MBA (Mandatory) – Specialization in Data Analytics, Marketing, International Business, or Operations.

* Experience: Freshers or up to 12 months of experience in Business Analyst / Research Analyst / Quality Analyst roles.

* Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Work Schedule

* Training Shift:2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

*Post-Training Shift:6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Rotational / Flexible work schedule)
