Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst - RCM, your role involves ensuring successful execution of training needs and measuring program training effectiveness. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits and spot checks using client/Eclat audit measures. It is important to stay updated with regular updates and client specifications and share client feedback and updates with the team to focus on performance improvement. Your key responsibilities include participating in Internal & External Calibrations, utilizing Quality Tools, and having a thorough knowledge of audit workflows, templates, and reports. You should have expertise in Sampling, CAPA, DPO, DPU, etc. Additionally, conducting refresher trainings based on Training Needs Identification (TNI) and managing Knowledge Check for New Hires & Production Staff are essential aspects of your role.
