Job Description

The QMS Trainee will assist in the implementation, documentation, and monitoring of the organization's Quality Management System under the guidance of senior quality personnel. This role offers hands-on exposure to quality standards such as ISO 9001 and helps build foundational skills in quality assurance, documentation control, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation and maintenance of QMS documents (e.g., SOPs, manuals, records). Assist in internal audit preparations and help track audit findings and follow-ups. Help maintain document control systems and ensure all documents are up to date. Participate in training sessions on ISO standards, quality principles, and company-specific QMS procedures. Collaborate with different departments to gather quality-related data and assist with reporting. Observe and learn how non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions are managed. Contribute to continuous improvement activities and quality awareness programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (students in final year may also apply). Basic understanding of ISO 9001 or other quality standards is an advantage. Strong interest in quality management and compliance. Good organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Learning Opportunities: Exposure to ISO-based quality systems. Practical training in document control and audit support.
