Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all garments and materials comply with international and buyer-specific product safety standards and regulations (e.g., REACH, CPSIA, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, etc.).
• Monitor and manage Product Compliance and maintain all related documentation for audits and buyer submissions.
• Implement and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure all product safety protocols are adhered to across production.
• Coordinate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure that raw materials and finished goods meet chemical and safety regulations.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments related to product safety in woven garment lines.
• Handle third-party testing and certifications with approved labs; follow up on corrective actions as needed.
• Train relevant departments on product safety requirements and updates in regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients/buyers for compliance-related clarifications and ensure all documentation is ready for shipment approval.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product safety and compliance in the woven garment segment.
• Strong knowledge of QMS implementation, testing protocols, and global compliance requirements.
• Experience in handling buyer audits, lab testing coordination, and safety assessments.
• Attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
