Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QMS professional to implement, monitor, and improve our Quality Management System. The candidate will ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 / IATF / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 as applicable).
• Prepare, update, and control QMS documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, Manuals, Records).
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits (certification, customer, and regulatory).
• Handle NC (Non-conformance), CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), and ensure timely closure.
• Facilitate management reviews and ensure follow-up on action plans.
• Monitor process performance, customer complaints, and drive root cause analysis.
• Support cross-functional teams in meeting quality objectives and compliance.
• Train employees on QMS policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and quality initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (if automotive), ISO 14001, and other applicable QMS standards.
• Experience in handling audits (internal, external, customer).
• Good documentation and report preparation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QMS software/tools (if applicable).
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech / B.Sc. / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Quality / Related discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in Quality Management System in [Manufacturing/Automotive/Pharma/Engineering – customize as per company].
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO standards (preferred).
