Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System

Implement, maintain, and improve QMS as per
IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
standards.
Prepare, control, and update quality manuals, SOPs, procedures, and records.
Ensure compliance of QMS across production, machining, and support functions.

Audits & Compliance

Plan and support
internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits
.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audit closure and corrective actions.
Monitor CAPA implementation and effectiveness.

Quality Tools & Documentation

Support usage of quality tools such as
APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D
.
Maintain records related to change management, risk assessment, and process controls.

Customer & Process Support

Handle customer quality requirements and documentation submissions.
Support new product development and process changes from a QMS perspective.
Drive continuous improvement and system awareness across departments.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:
3–6 years in QMS role within manufacturing/automotive industry.
Education:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E – Mechanical or relevant discipline.
Mandatory Knowledge:
IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards
QMS documentation & audit handling
