QMS Engineer

1. Total Quality Management, Implementation and Continual Improvement (Kaizen Management).

2. Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, MACE, Lean).

3. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.

4. Assist in the preparation of tenders & customer requested documents / information by providing management system related documents.

5. Train all company personnel in the documented company policies

6. Identify relevant legislative requirements.

7. Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.

8. Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits.

9. Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform.

10. Risk register reviewed & action Conducted for Risk Identified to Planned Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and Tasks.

11. Compliance of safety systems. Ensure cleanliness and 5S in the shop floor.

12. Effective closure of all internal & external NC’s

13. Maintain live & effective compliance of system along with necessary awareness & adherence so that back dated / fabricated documents preparation is not required

14. Review & audit records maintained by all departments.

15. Suggest @ Technology Upgradation such as 4.0 - Auto MIS, Automatic 100% Inspection, Documentation, Report Generation, Online Production without Operator, Use of Robotics, latest technology etc

16. Responsible for Product Safety Characteristics and Any CSR, QMS Compliance as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 & MACE Audit System. Responsible for Quality Policy and Quality Objective achievement and Continual improvements through KAIZENS, POKAYOKE etc..

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
