Job Title: QMS Engineer

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Job Summary

The QMS / IATF Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001 standards. This role ensures all quality processes are effectively followed, audited, and continuously improved to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QMS per IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
• Conduct internal & external audits, manage CAPA.
• Analyze quality KPIs – rejection rate, complaints, audit results.
• Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and supplier audits.
• Maintain QMS documentation and lead training sessions.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech (Mech/Auto/Industrial), 2–5 yrs experience.
• IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 preferred.
• Strong in QMS tools, documentation, and audit handling.
