QMS Engineer

1Assist in preparing, updating, and controlling quality manuals, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.2Ensure proper documentation as per ISO/IATF requirements.3Maintain records of quality audits, NCRs, CAPAs, and customer complaints4Support internal quality audits (system, process, product).5Support monitoring of key process control parameters.6Assist in PFMEA, Control Plan, and Work Instruction updates.7Participate in problem-solving activities using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D.8Support supplier quality evaluation and audits.9Coordinate with production, QC, and suppliers for defect prevention.10Create awareness about QMS standards among shop-floor and staff.11Prepare QMS-related reports (NCR status, CAPA, audit reports, KPI).12Monitor and present QMS performance indicators.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automobile or related field.Experience: 2-5 years of experience in QMS / Quality DepartmentSkillsBasic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.Understanding of quality tools: 7 QC tools, 5S, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan.Knowledge of APQP, PPAP documentation preferred.Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.Analytical thinking with problem-solving ability.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
