Job Description

Job Title: QMS Engineer

We’re looking for a QMS Engineer with IATF 16949 certification to manage and improve our Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment. You’ll ensure compliance with IATF and ISO standards, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve the QMS in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions
Support external audits and customer quality requirements
Prepare and update quality documents and procedures
Analyze quality data and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electronics, Production, or Quality Engineering
Experience in manufacturing quality systems, preferably in electronics or PCB industry
Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, and root cause analysis
