Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QlikView Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QlikView/Qlik Sense and Power BI, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end BI projects, leading migrations, and mentoring development teams. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on BI development expertise to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions that empower business decision - making.

Mode of Work: Full time -hybrid 

Key Responsibilities:    

• Lead BI Projects: Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.  
  
•  Migration Leadership: Lead and manage the migration of reports and dashboards, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.  
  
• Qlik Expertise: Provide hands-on expertise in designing and developing complex dashboards and reports in Qlik to meet business needs. 
  
•  Data Integration & Modeling: Design and implement data models, integrating data from multiple sources for reporting and analytics, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.  
  
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, providing technical guidance and supporting their growth. - Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions. 
  
•  Performance Optimization: Optimize existing BI infrastructure, improving performance, and ensuring data accuracy and security. 
  
•  Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing BI processes, recommending and implementing best practices for data governance and reporting. 
  
• Responsible for presales activities including effort estimation, solution design, and proposal development to support business acquisition and client engagements 
  

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. 
  
• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) development, with hands-on expertise in QlikView and Qlik Sense. 
  
• Proven experience in migrating BI solutions from Qlik to Power BI. 
  
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and integration from multiple data sources (databases, APIs, etc.). 
  
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, RLS, Power BI Service, and Power BI Gateway. 
  
• Proficiency in Qlik scripting, data connectors, and Qlik platform administration.  
  
• Strong command of SQL and experience designing semantic layers for efficient reporting. 
  
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance within BI platforms. 
  
• Proven leadership and project management experience in managing BI teams and delivering end-to-end solutions. 
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  
• Sound knowledge of data governance, security practices, and compliance in BI environments.  
  
• Certifications in Qlik, Power BI, or related BI tools will be an advantage. 
  
  

Good to have skills: 

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS for hosting and managing BI solutions. 
  
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and data transformation.  
  
• Experience working in Agile project environments with iterative delivery models. 
  
• Understanding of data visualization principles and UX/UI best practices for building intuitive, user-friendly dashboards.
