Job Description: QA Lead Position Overview: We are looking for a QA Lead to oversee the testing process, ensuring high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will establish best practices, lead a team of QA engineers, and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently. Responsibilities: Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and test plans. Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with developers. Perform manual and automated testing for functional, regression, and performance tests. Ensure compliance with quality standards, security, and best practices. Work with developers to identify and resolve defects. Manage test plans in DevOps, and drive automation with CI/CD testing. Analyze test results and provide reports to stakeholders. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Skills: Test automation (Selenium, Cypress), API testing, CI/CD, performance testing. Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Playwright, Postman. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Certifications (Preferred): ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent. Nice to Have: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of cloud-based testing solutions. Knowledge in Construction ERP SaaS product. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
