QA Test Lead

As a QA Test Lead with 7-9 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end QA lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include defining and owning the QA strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing test planning and execution, driving non-functional testing, and ensuring continuous process improvement using AI-assisted tools. You will also be involved in integrating QA workflows with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks, conducting root-cause analysis, and maintaining instances for demos and simulations. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the QA strategy and process maturity across product releases. - Collaborate with Development leads, Product Manager, and CS Engineers to validate feature readiness and build actionable QA plans. - Conduct demos and walkthrough sessions with CS/Sales teams for UAT handover. - Manage test planning, estimation, execution tracking, and defect tracking. - Drive non-functional testing, including Security, Performance, and User Experience validations. - Author, review, and approve test plans, test cases, and regression suites. - Ensure continuous test process improvement using AI-assisted tools. - Assist in integrating QA workflows with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. - Conduct root-cause analysis of user incidents and implement preventive QA measures. - Maintain instances for demos and simulations. Required Skills & Competencies: - Leadership skills for team mentoring, stakeholder coordination, and quality ownership. - Strong understanding of QA governance, metrics, and dashboards. - Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, PyTest, or similar frameworks. - Hands-on experience in non-functional testing (Security, Performance, UX). - Practical use of AI-driven test management or defect analytics tools. - Proficiency in tools such as GitHub, Jira, PyTest, Selenium, and Playwright. - Strong focus on documentation, clarity, traceability, and metrics-driven QA reports. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. - ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification (preferred). - Prior experience in Cybersecurity Product QA. - Exposure to AI-based testing tools or quality analytics frameworks. - Experience in Agile/DevSecOps environments.,
