QA Test Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining Deutsche Bank's Authorization & Access Control team, a part of the Identity and access management area within Chief Security Office. The team is responsible for providing an enterprise-wide central authorization solution for the bank. As a QA Test Lead, you will play a vital role in driving the QA lifecycle, developing test strategies, and leading a team to ensure high-quality software releases. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, execute, analyze, and report test results for web applications and API endpoints using Manual and Test Automation Frameworks. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team members to identify and prioritize test cases for automation. - Take part in the enhancement of test processes and methodologies, offering recommendations for automation and tooling improvements. - Independently work and manage a distributed/multi-location team if required. - Develop test cases for edge cases, failure scenarios, and high-availability applications. - Stay updated with new testing tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance overall testing quality. Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Experience with automated testing tools like Postman, SOAP, Newman, or equivalent. - Familiarity with frameworks such as Selenium, WebdriverIO. - Experience in performance testing and tools like JMeter, Gatling. - Testing experience in cloud-based Java deployments. - Proficiency in programming languages like Java, SQL. - Familiarity with CICD tools like TeamCity, GitHub Actions. - Excellent test reporting skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively.
