Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Incharge to oversee and maintain the quality standards of our products and processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality analysis, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in documentation and reporting using IMS, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Effective communication skills, especially email correspondence, are essential. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain quality control processes as per company and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines and processes. Prepare and maintain documentation for ISO and IMS (Integrated Management System). Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues. Maintain records of all quality-related reports using MS Excel and Word. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for quality review meetings. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and management teams for continuous improvement. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively via email with vendors, customers, and internal teams. Key Skills Required:IMS Documentation & Reporting Quality Analysis Techniques (5 Why, Pareto, Fishbone, etc.) Technical Knowledge of manufacturing processes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint – strong command Email Writing & Communication Skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards is an advantage
