We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in the banking domain to lead and manage the quality assurance process across our banking applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test planning, execution, automation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA efforts across multiple banking projects.
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases.
Manage a team of QA engineers and ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders for smooth QA operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the banking domain.
Drive automation initiatives and performance testing as needed.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of banking applications and workflows (retail, corporate, digital banking, etc.)
Expertise in manual and automation testing (Selenium, JMeter, etc.)
Experience with testing tools like Jira, ALM, TestRail, etc.
Understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
