QA Lead

As a QA Automation Engineer with 24 years of experience, you will be responsible for setting up and building the QA automation framework from the ground up. You will define tools, processes, and best practices for automation testing across web, mobile, and API platforms. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing automated test cases using tools like Selenium, Appium, and TestNG. Collaboration with developers, product teams, and DevOps to integrate testing into the release cycle will be essential for ensuring high-quality product delivery through robust test automation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and build the QA automation framework from scratch. - Define tools, processes, and best practices for automation testing. - Design and implement automated test cases using Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar tools. - Collaborate with developers, product teams, and DevOps for integration. - Ensure high-quality product delivery through robust test automation and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 24 years of hands-on QA automation experience. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in setting up automation frameworks. - Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript). - Experience with Selenium and Appium for mobile automation. - Comfortable with API testing using Postman or REST Assured. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git). - Familiarity with Agile development practices. In addition to the above, experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, knowledge of containerization (Docker) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and previous experience in establishing automation in a startup or from scratch would be considered as bonus points. This job is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday with a performance bonus.
