QA Lead

As a QA Automation Engineer with 24 years of experience, you will be responsible for setting up and building the QA automation framework from the ground up. Your role will involve defining tools, processes, and best practices for automation testing across web, mobile, and API platforms. You will design and implement automated test cases using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar technologies. Collaboration with developers, product teams, and DevOps will be crucial as you integrate testing into the release cycle to ensure high-quality product delivery through robust test automation and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative in setting up automation frameworks, and has proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. Your experience with Selenium and Appium for mobile automation, as well as your comfort with API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured, will be valuable in this role. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), version control (Git), and Agile development practices is essential. Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, containerization (Docker), or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a bonus. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.
