QA Lead

As a QA Lead at our company located in Gurgaon - Spaze Tower, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Here is a summary of your role overview, key responsibilities, and qualifications required: Role Overview: You will review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide valuable feedback. Additionally, you will create detailed test plans and test cases, estimate testing activities, identify and track bugs, and perform regression testing. Collaborating with internal teams to understand system requirements and staying updated with new testing tools will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents - Create detailed test plans and test cases - Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities - Identify, record, document, and track bugs - Perform regression testing - Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products - Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements - Monitor debugging process results - Investigate non-conforming software causes and provide solutions - Track quality assurance metrics - Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience in software quality assurance - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience in writing clear, concise test plans and test cases - Hands-on experience with black-box testing - Good knowledge of SQL - Experience in API testing using POSTMAN is a plus - Experience in Agile/Scrum development process - Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium & Appium (Basic Knowledge Is Required) - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject Join us in our mission to deliver high-quality software products by leveraging your expertise in QA methodologies and tools.,
