Job Title: QA Lead – Virtual Sports (Manual & Automation)

Role Overview:

QA Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage

  a team of QA engineers, setting priorities and ensuring effective task execution.

• Plan, design, and execute

  test strategies for manual and automated testing of virtual sports titles.
• Develop and maintain

  test plans, test cases, and regression suites

  specific to Unreal Engine projects.
• Collaborate with the

  development team

  to identify issues early in the pipeline and ensure efficient bug resolution.
• Ensure game builds meet

  functional, performance, and visual quality

  standards across multiple platforms (PC, console, and VR if applicable).
• Oversee

  continuous integration and automated testing pipelines

  , ensuring smooth build verification.
• Conduct

  performance and stability testing

  for real-time gameplay, animations, and environment interactions.

• Track and report defects

  using tools like JIRA and manage test coverage through test case management systems.
• Partner with production and development leads to

  assess release readiness

  and deliver QA sign-offs.
• Provide

  hands-on testing support

  during critical milestones and urgent delivery cycles.

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years of experience

  in QA, with at least

  3+ years in a leadership role

  managing QA teams.
• Proven experience of 4+ years in testing

  games built in Unreal Engine (preferably 5.x)

• Strong understanding of

  manual testing

  automation frameworks

  performance testing

  in a 3D game environment.
• Hands-on experience with

  automation tools

  such as Unreal Automation Framework (UAT), Selenium, or Python-based test frameworks.

• Expertise in

  defect management and reporting tools

• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience with
