Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.
Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Execute manual test cases for various scenarios, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Identify, document, and report defects using bug tracking systems, and work with development teams to resolve them.
Perform root cause analysis for defects.
Ensure software quality, functionality, security, and performance standards are met.
Coordinate and estimate manual testing activities.

Work Experience

Experience: Typically 2-3 years of experience in manual testing.
Manual Testing: Strong knowledge of manual testing processes and procedures.
Test Case Management: Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts.
Defect Management: Proficiency in using bug tracking systems to report, prioritize, and manage defects.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
SQL: Ability to write and execute SQL queries to retrieve data from databases.
Testing Types: Experience with different types of testing such as functional, integration, regression, cross-browser
SDLC/STLC: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP).
Experience with CI/CD tools like is advantage
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration
