Job Description

You will own quality assurance for our platform: API testing, agent workflows, UAT/IQ/OQ processes, compliance verification, and building automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans for front-end, back-end, agent microservices, including multi-agent workflows
Automate API and UI test suites (Postman, Playwright, Cypress)
Validate compliance features (audit logs, e-signature flows, traceability)
Coordinate UAT, IQ/OQ validation with Compliance Officer and business stakeholders
Report and track defects; ensure readiness for regulatory audit and production go-live

Required Skills

4+ years QA experience (API + UI + automation) in SaaS/product environment
Strong hands-on with test automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Postman)
Familiarity with regulated-industry requirements (FDA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP) a plus
Good understanding of CI/CD and how QA integrates into pipelines
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills

Nice To Have

Experience with multi-agent systems testing or event-driven architecture
Prior experience with audit-trail validation and regulatory compliance testing
Familiarity with performance/load testing tools and application monitoring
