We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Opsera India. As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze technical documentation and requirements to plan, design, and implement comprehensive test strategies. • Build and main tain automated test suites for backend, API, and frontend using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or AI-driven tools, following POM, BDD, or data-driven approaches. • Utilize AI and machine learning techniques in testing workflows for example, in predictive test case selection, self-healing test scripts, visual testing, or anomaly detection increase efficiency and reduce test maintenance. • Perform manual testing and write clear, thorough test cases. • Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter to evaluate scalability and responsiveness. • Use SQL and related tools for data validation and database testing. • Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins. • Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to improve product quality and user experience. • Diagnose issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution. • Support debugging and issue triaging efforts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
