We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Opsera India. As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:• Analyze technical documentation and requirements to plan, design, and implement comprehensive test strategies.• Build and maintain automated test suites for backend, API, and frontend using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or AI-driven tools, following POM, BDD, or data-driven approaches.
• Utilize AI and machine learning techniques in testing workflows for example, in predictive test case selection, self-healing test scripts, visual testing, or anomaly detection increase efficiency and reduce test maintenance.• Perform manual testing and write clear, thorough test cases.• Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter to evaluate scalability and responsiveness.• Use SQL and related tools for data validation and database testing.• Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins.• Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to improve product quality and user experience.• Diagnose issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.• Support debugging and issue triaging efforts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
