QA Engineer – Manual and Automation Testing

Job Description

This is a remote position. We at Fusion Practices are looking for an experienced Manual and Automation Tester having 4+ years of experience with expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Fusion Financials applications. This role requires a blend of manual testing expertise and the ability to design, execute, and maintain automation frameworks. Experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, and JMeter is essential. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing to validate functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios for Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or Financials. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java. Create detailed and comprehensive test cases, test plans, and documentation. Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI. Collaborate with developers and analysts to identify and resolve defects. Participate in Agile processes, ensuring testing aligns with sprint deliverables. Analyze test results and provide detailed defect reports with supporting logs or evidence. Enhance and maintain automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process. Requirements Experience: 3–6 years in manual and automation testing for Oracle Fusion ERP. Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Fusion Financials testing. Strong knowledge of Selenium with Java and automation testing frameworks. Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Data-Driven Testing (DDT) frameworks. Experience in test case creation and execution, including identifying edge cases for comprehensive coverage. Proficiency in API validation using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools. Experience using JMeter for performance testing is an advantage. Exposure to CI/CD integration for automation. SQL proficiency for validating test data.
