Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Tester with strong experience in Python-based test automation, performance testing, and data visualization. In this role, you will design automation frameworks, build robust performance test suites, integrate metrics into monitoring dashboards, and apply machine learning techniques for intelligent test analytics.

This is a hands-on onsite role that requires close coordination with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation & Performance Testing
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Python.
• Build and execute load and performance tests using Python-based tools and frameworks.
• Integrate performance metrics into InfluxDB and Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Perform API automation testing using the Karate framework, including CI/CD integration via GitLab and Jenkins.
• Ensure automation scripts are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with testing and quality standards.
• Machine Learning & Analytics
• Apply ML models on large datasets to enable automated validation and outlier detection.
• Create custom analytical reports and dashboards to reveal anomalies and test insights.
• Explore and experiment with ML-driven testing techniques for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration & Agile Processes
• Work closely with manual QA teams to gather test requirements and refine test coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings to align on deliverables and timelines.
• Provide detailed status updates on test execution, automation progress, and identified risks.
• Evaluate and recommend new automation tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Python automation and performance testing.
• Strong expertise in InfluxDB, Grafana, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins.
• Solid experience using the Karate framework for API automation.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in test analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and report generation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with visualization libraries like Matplotlib, Plotly, or Seaborn.
• Familiarity with DevOps and continuous monitoring practices.
