QA Automation Tester

You are a detail-oriented QA Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise in automation script execution. Your role focuses on running automated tests, analyzing results, debugging issues, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. - Execute automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications. - Write, maintain, and update automation test scripts based on project requirements. - Debug failed scripts, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve issues. - Perform regression testing and participate in CI/CD pipeline executions. - Prepare, document, and share detailed test execution reports. - Ensure all automated test cases align with business requirements and test coverage. - Collaborate with manual testers and developers to validate fixes and enhancements. - Maintain test environments and ensure smooth execution cycles. You should have: - Strong hands-on experience with Playwright. - Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Knowledge of test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, or Jest. - Experience in API testing & automation (Postman, Rest Assured, or similar). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps). - Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. - Strong debugging skills with an execution-oriented mindset. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related technical field. - 2-4 years of experience as an Automation Tester. - QA/Automation certification (preferred but not mandatory).
