Job Description

As an experienced professional with over 5 years of experience, you are sought to join a company in Pune for a full-time position. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science/ IT or Computer Applications. You must possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of J2EE and microservices application architecture including Eclipse IDE, Java runtime, interservice communication, Logging/Monitoring aspects, Authorization, Bounded-Context modeling - Ability to manage stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise environments resolving differences with elegance - Hands-on experience in Java Testing and performance frameworks like Gatling, Spring Integration Framework - Proficiency in Statemachine or Workflow orchestration engines like Temporal or Spring Statemachine - Familiarity with Containerization, Spring Profile, Security, AWS Solutions Architect certification - Knowledge of MQ or Message Broker architecture, distributed caching like Redis Cache - Skills in Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, RHEL, Helm - Understanding of API Management, API Integration design patterns, AWS platform and services - Strong analytical and communication skills with presentation and articulation abilities - Business Domain (FinTech) knowledge/experience is advantageous Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Implementation of the entire OLTP project from a test automation architecture and design perspective - Contribution to the roadmap for developing the OLTP system and its components with considerations for high throughput, low latency, distributed architecture - Creation of prototypes and definition of implementation standards for services, taking ownership of 1-2 services - Keeping abreast of new research areas in DT technologies and training employees for self-sustainable teams - Participation in org-wide initiatives such as L&D Training, lateral hiring, Certifications, and other activities - Building and maintaining templates, estimation frameworks, technical assets, and driving teams to be productive, creative, and supportive of all initiatives - Being the guiding force during crises and challenges within the organization,
