You are a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in the field, looking to join our team in Pune on a full-time basis. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Applications and possess a strong skill set that includes knowledge of J2EE and microservices application architecture, Eclipse IDE, Java runtime, interservice communication, and more. Your ability to manage stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise environments while resolving differences with finesse is a key asset. Your hands-on experience with Java testing and performance frameworks like Gatling and Spring Integration Framework, along with expertise in Statemachine, Workflow orchestration engines, Containerization, Spring Profile, Security, and other related areas, will be invaluable in this role. Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect and knowledge of MQ, Message Broker architecture, distributed caching, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, RHEL, Helm, API Management, and AWS platform are essential requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the entire OLTP project from a test automation architecture and design perspective. You will contribute to the development roadmap of the OLTP system, create prototypes, define standards for service implementation, and stay updated on new DT technologies such as API, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML. Your role will involve participating in organizational initiatives, building technical assets, and providing guidance during crises and challenges. Your strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with a background in FinTech, will be highly advantageous.
