A successful Lead Software Quality Engineer (Automation) will assist in review and assess requirements and work with development team and product owner to ensure requirements are complete and testable and ensure test environment is set up and working prior to QC cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain test cases
• Attend daily Scrum meetings
• Execute regression and functional tests
• Run manual tests and develop automatedregression tests
• Record, trackand manage defects
• Create test harnesses for API testing

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Fresher with Bachelor’s Degreein a Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant area
• Detail orientedwith good problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbaland written communication skills
• Manage and evaluate complexproblems while thrivingin a fast-paced environment
• Deep knowledge of SoftwareQuality Assurance and Quality Controlprocesses and practices
• Well versed in all testing methodologies (system, functional, blackvs. white box)
• Experience in all stagesof the SDLC/STLC and Agile development methodology
• Knowledge of database conceptsand client servertechnology
• Knowledge of Playwright tool to test REST-based web services
• Experience with Postmanto create and test API calls
• Familiarity with Sales, Financial, and Document Management software
