Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other QA tools to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Design, prepare, and execute test cases based on functional and non-functional specifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
- Participate in test case reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Implement best practices in test automation and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes to ensure consistent software quality.
- Provide detailed reports on testing progress, results, and defect status.

- **Test Planning and Strategy:**
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans that align with project goals.
- Define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables for projects using industry best practices.
- **Test Case Design and Preparation:**
- Design detailed, functional, and non-functional test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare traceability matrices to ensure complete test coverage across defined requirements.
- **Automation Testing:**
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Selenium and other QA tools to ensure thorough test execution.
- Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and report on automation efficiency and effectiveness.
- **QA Tools Proficiency:**
- Utilize various QA tools to manage test cases and track defects throughout the development life cycle.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing tools and processes to improve quality assurance practices.
- **Defect Tracking and Reporting:**
- Identify, document, and track defects found during the testing process using issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure quality standards are met before product release.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with Development, Product Management, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment.
