QA Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Develop effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
• Execute test cases and analyze results.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Perform regression, integration, smoke, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure product quality.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews.
• Validate fixes and ensure proper resolution of reported issues.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to continuous QA enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role (typically 0–3+ years).
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and defect lifecycle.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL for data validation.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
