QA Analyst

As a QA Analyst (Manual / Functional - WMS Domain) at Tecsys Supply Chain Solutions PVT Limited in Bangalore, your role will involve ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business requirements, functional specifications, and process documents to design effective test cases - Performing manual testing of core WMS workflows like inbound, outbound, and inventory operations - Executing System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, and providing support during UAT cycles - Logging, tracking, and retesting defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps - Validating backend data, configurations, and system behavior using SQL queries - Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and support teams for timely issue resolution - Preparing and maintaining test data, execution evidence, and testing summary reports - Contributing to improving QA processes, reusable test assets, and overall product quality Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing, specifically within the WMS domain - Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies - Ability to design and execute manual test cases based on business rules and operational workflows - Working knowledge of SQL for backend verification - Exposure to API testing using Postman or similar tools - Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or within a cross-functional Agile team What could give you an edge while applying: - Experience working on any WMS application or supply chain execution platform - Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright - Experience using test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray - Understanding of integration flows between WMS, TMS, and ERP systems This role will require you to be based in Bengaluru.
